Coffee Broastery. Freshly roasted coffee beans, 100% arabica
Coffee Broastery Costa Rica San Rafael coffee beans come from plantations located near the two towns, San Marcos and San Pablo, in the Tarrazú region, south of Costa Rica's capital San José. The picturesque area, which stretches across the Valle Central, is surrounded by soaring mountain peaks. Coffee crops are located on their slopes, at altitudes of up to 2,000 metres above sea level. The first plantations were established here at the end of the 19th century, and today they are famous throughout the world. The excellent quality of the coffee beans is influenced by the favourable climatic and geographical conditions – the close proximity of the Pacific coast, the tropical, warm and humid climate and the very fertile volcanic soil. Costa Rica San Rafael coffee delights with its flavour from the first sip. It stands out for its slightly perceptible acidity and pleasant, heavy, creamy body. The aroma and flavour have pleasant, velvety notes of chocolate and almonds, with notes of cherry and plum adding depth.
Coffee Broastery is not just a black, stimulating beverage. It is passion, love for coffee and the desire to share the good taste with others. Each coffee begins its journey on a plantation, located in a distant corner of the world, where experienced farmers ensure that plants grow in the best possible conditions. They select the right variety of beans, carefully watch their growth and, once the plants are ripe, harvest the fruit with the utmost care. The green beans go to a small, kraft roastery where they are roasted with attention to every detail – after all, coffee roasting is a real art. Finally, the coffee is ready to create a brew with a unique taste and aroma that will surprise even the most particular connoisseurs. This is Coffee Broastery!
