How to brew a tea for the Throat Chakra?

Pour 2 teaspoons of tea (approximately 3g) into a cup and pour 200ml of water at 90-100°C. Allow the tea to infuse for about 4-5 minutes. After this time, strain the leaves from the infusion. Enjoy!
