A method of preparation
Pour 1 teaspoon of matcha tea into a container, pour in about 70-100ml of water at 70-80°C and then vigorously whip using a bamboo chasen whisk, fork or frother.
Storage
Store in a dry, dark and cool place. Protect from moisture.
