Mary Rose Golden Sun is a yellow tea of "Yellow Buds" variety, originating from China's Anhui province. It is one of the rarest varieties among all teas. It is called also "emperor's tea", which refers to some chinese legends. It is said that centuries ago, during China's Qing dynasty, yellow tea was reserved exclusively for the emperor, and anyone who dared to taste it was condemned to death. Yellow tea is extremely pleasant in taste and aroma. The infusion has a pale yellow-green colour. There are sweet notes in the aroma, and the taste is slightly grassy at first, to develop into an aftertaste of ripe pears.

How to prepare Mary Rose Golden Sun tea?

Pour 1 teaspoon of tea into a cup and pour water at a temperature of about 80°C. The tea can be infused several times - 2-3 times, increasing the steeping time by 30-60 seconds.
